A week before the opening of my first solo exhibition in Istanbul, I delivered this performance, describing all the works that were going to be exhibited, discussing the process of making the exhibition, as well as the doubts that I had about some of the decisions I had made. This talk was an attempt to question what talking about and contextualizing the works means, and whether that act of talking about artworks could replace the works as a work.
